These terms govern your use of the MentroLens platform operated by MentroLens.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing MentroLens you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms and will note the effective date above.
2. The service
MentroLens provides educational content, trade journaling, analytics, backtesting tools and community features. MentroLens is not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser and does not execute trades or hold funds.
3. No financial advice
Nothing in MentroLens constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content, data and tools are for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by sharing prohibited content, soliciting off-platform, scraping data, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
5. Accounts & subscriptions
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Paid plans renew until cancelled; see the Refund Policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
The platform, its content and trademarks are owned by MentroLens or its licensors. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and display it to operate the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MentroLens is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for trading losses or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
