This policy explains how subscriptions and refunds work.

1. Free plan

The Starter plan is free and requires no payment.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and will not renew at the next billing date. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Annual plans include a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but can be set to not renew.

Where local law grants additional cancellation or refund rights (e.g. a statutory cooling-off period), those rights are not affected by this policy.
