Is MentroLens a broker or signal service?
No. MentroLens is an education, journaling and analytics platform. We never provide trade signals, profit guarantees, or financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
How does my journal data stay separate from practice data?
Live (real) and practice (backtest) trades carry distinct identities throughout the product and are never merged into a single headline figure. You can compare them side-by-side in the Compare view.
Can I import trades from my broker?
In the full product, yes — via CSV or broker sync. In this prototype, importing is shown as a visual flow with sample data.
What's included in coaching?
Elite plans include monthly 1-on-1 credits. You can also book individual sessions with mentors. Group desks are open to all paid members.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; annual plans include a 14-day refund window. See the Refund Policy for details.
Is my data private?
Your journal is private by default. You choose what to share to your public profile or the community. You can export or delete your data anytime.
Which markets are supported?
Futures, forex, crypto and equities. Reporting adapts to the instrument's tick value and asset class.
How accurate is backtesting?
Backtesting is a learning tool, not a guarantee. Past performance — simulated or real — does not predict future results.
