This policy describes how MentroLens ("we") handles your data when you use MentroLens.
1. Data we collect
Account details you provide (name, email), the trades and notes you enter, subscription/billing metadata, and usage/diagnostic data that helps us operate and improve the product.
2. How we use data
To operate the platform, authenticate you, generate your reports, personalize learning, process payments, keep the community safe, and meet legal obligations. Your private journal is private by default.
3. Your trade data
Your journal belongs to you. You choose what to share to your public profile or the community. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
4. Legal bases & processors
We process data to perform our contract with you, for legitimate interests in operating the service, and with your consent where required. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (e.g. hosting, database, payments, email) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data retention & security
We keep data while your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We apply technical and organizational safeguards including access controls and per-user data isolation.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may access, export, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, use your account controls or contact us.
7. International transfers & children
Where data is transferred across borders we use appropriate safeguards. The service is not directed to children under the age required by your jurisdiction.
